越智萌は、京都の立命館大学大学院国際関係研究科の准教授を務めています。大阪大学で法学博士号、オランダのライデン大学で法学修士号を取得。Case Matrix Network (CMN) のシニアフェロー(2016-2024年)、国際刑法学会(AIDP)の理事会メンバー(2014-2024年)を務めています。最近の研究対象は、国際刑事法の哲学的・手続的問題、変革的正義、法源と標準、国内の戦争犯罪裁判、デジタル証拠、犯罪アーカイブなどです。日本語で2冊のモノグラフを出版しています。2冊目のモノグラフの英語版が最近出版されました:The Premises of International Criminal Procedure: Identifying the Principles in International Collaboration(Springer、2024年)。最近では、「変革的正義」と題する学際的なプロジェクトを運営しており、立命館大学国際平和ミュージアムと協力して「戦争犯罪アーカイブ化」に関するサブプロジェクトを組織しています。
OCHI Megumi currently serves as an associate professor at the Graduate School of International Relations, Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan. She obtained her PhD in Law from Osaka University, Japan, and an LL.M. from Leiden University in the Netherlands. She has been a senior fellow at Case Matrix Network (CMN) (2016-2024) and an active member of the governing bodies of the International Association of Penal Law (AIDP) (2014-2024). Her recent research interests include philosophical and procedural issues in international criminal law, transformative justice, sources and standards, as well as domestic war crimes trials, digital evidence and crime archives. She has published two monographs in Japanese. The English version of her second monograph was recently published: The Premises of International Criminal Procedure: Identifying the Principles in International Collaboration (Springer, 2024). She is running an interdisciplinary project titled “Transformative Justice” and organizing a sub-project on “War Crimes Archiving” in cooperation with Kyoto Museum for World Peace.
